About the Role
The Internal Sales Support will support the Sales Team by attending to inquiries received from emails and direct calls. They are expected to assist in preparing proposals and any other materials needed by the Sales Team, and also make calls towards clients / key contact persons, as needed.
Roles and Responsibilities
Attending to inquiries received from emails and direct calls. This includes providing replying to emails and taking calls, notifying the sales team about the inquiry, and updating the tracker for Marketing Leads acquired.
Assisting in preparing proposals and any other materials needed by the Sales Team. This will be in coordination with the Sales, Engineering, and Procurement/ Operations Teams.
Making outgoing calls in place of the Sales Team. This may include:
Making cold calls to target companies.
Coordinating schedules in place of the Sales Team for meetings or visits.
Requirements
Background
Must be a graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Marketing
Preferably has 2 years of experience working in Sales
Skills
The ideal candidate is capable of:
Carrying themselves with confidence and effectively communicating with our stakeholders
Utilizing tools such as MS Office and Google Workspace Applications
